RechargeMitra Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("RechargeMitra Trust", "we") is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website and app, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Name, email, line nicknames, plan lengths, last-recharge dates and reminder settings you enter, plus technical logs for security. We do not collect mobile numbers unless you add one, and never OTPs, operator logins, card details, UPI IDs or PINs, SMS or call logs.
To calculate validity end dates, send reminders you enable, reply to you and secure the service — based on consent you give at sign-up, which you can withdraw anytime.
Only with hosting and messaging processors under contract, and authorities where the law requires. We never sell personal data and do not share it with telecom operators.
